Smart Shelves (SS) are made up of durable materials that have inbuilt load cells. They are connected to a microprocessor and a wifi module which communicates to a cloud-based CMS system. Only one master SS is required which incorporates the wifi beacon. Additional shelves can then be connected to the master SS for added inventory. monitoring at minimal cost.
CMS is a cloud based system that can be accessed from any device for monitoring, managing and reordering inventory. The system can be developed as an API, and integrated with existing software solutions. A user interface is designed to monitor levels, automate ordering and dashboard reporting analysis to minimise wastage.
